Full Rebate - NasaDrops at CVS

Purchase up to 6 pkgs of NeilMed NasaDrops Saline at CVS and submit a filled out and printed form with your receipt and UPC codes from the boxes to receive a Full Rebate on the purchase.  Submit by July 31st 2010. 
We use saline drops at home when we get a cold.  I have heard this brand is very good so I am going to get them this week and submit my rebate.
