I am a first time mom to a beautiful baby boy named Rafael. I am a new Stay at Home mom who is sharing her knowledge of baby care and other home related things with other first time moms, moms to be, and veteran moms. I am wife to a wonderful and godly husband named Steve.
Back in 2006 I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). I didn't even know I had it until we were trying to get pregnant and didn't for over a year. I got some tests done to determine what was causing the problem and that is when I was diagnosed. There is no cure for it, but there are some treatments that help keep the symptoms at ease. A major symptom is lack of ovulation which keeps the woman from getting pregnant. I went to see the Center for Reproductive Medicine office in Orlando, FL. The doctor and staff there were awesome. They were a great help and within a few months of treatment I was able to conceive. God answered our prayers and the prayers of our family, friends, and church. We truly believe our son is a gift from God. Please pray with us as we try to conceive baby no. 2.
